Meet the Counselor

Hello! My name is Kristin Hollis, and I am a native of Albany, Georgia. As the child of parents who are now retired educators, I always aspired to work with children when I grew up. Today, I am grateful to be fulfilling that dream as a school counselor.

I am a dedicated and passionate counselor who devotes her time and attention to students whenever the opportunity arises. Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth is a consistent goal I strive to achieve. Through my years as a mental health social worker, middle school counselor, and primary school counselor, I have learned that students benefit tremendously from having a caring adult in their lives. Encouragement and motivation not only help children reach their potential but also empower them to exceed it and become well-rounded individuals. I truly believe that letting someone know you care can make a lasting difference in their life.
