Each month, MCES faculty and staff nominate a teacher and staff member who they feel has gone above and beyond to impact others positively. Those individuals are presented with the “Apple Award” and recognized for going above the call of duty each day.
For the month of August, MCES congratulates Mr. Kenterious Brown (Teacher) and Ms. Bridgett Jackson (Bookkeeper). These rockstars work tirelessly to help the students and staff at MCES, and they do it with a smile. Mr. Brown and Ms. Jackson are true TEAM players who put others before themselves. We are thankful to have these two individuals as part of our MCES family!

Mr. Drakes invests in his students and builds positive relationships. He is eager to help his colleagues and is a math guru! We are ecstatic to have him at MCES.

Our administrators highlight her ability to put others before herself! She is dedicated, caring, energetic, professional and an expert in her role as a Data Clerk. Ms. Spence is often seen greeting students each morning with a smile or assisting in the cafeteria just because that's who she is! We applaud your years of commitment to MCES!
